Account Deletion

To delete your DaDesktop user account, go to the My Account page. At the very bottom, you’ll find the option to remove your account. Simply click the Delete button to kick off the deletion process.

Once you hit that Delete button, you’ll be asked to enter your DaDesktop account password to verify your request. The system then sends a confirmation link to the email address on file. Open that email and click the link to finalize your account deletion.
