How it works
Every candidate is provisioned with a cloud desktop equipped with the necessary task tools, including an editor, a terminal, and a browser. Interviewers can monitor the session in real time. Upon completion, the desktop is reset, ensuring the next candidate begins from the exact same state.
There is no need for candidates to install software. They simply access the desktop via their browser, which eliminates setup delays and disparities caused by local hardware variations.
